Men step in raising your left hand – ladies step in under the man’s arm, turning slightly to your right as you try to take hold of the man’s offered hand behind his back. Men take your right hand away from behind your back before your lady can take hold and continue to swap sides lowering your left arm behind your back into a half nelson – as you do this offer your right hand out to the right at waist level, let go with your left hand behind your back and slide and catch right to right. Men step in to begin to swap sides like you would in a Half Windmill, pulling down and then raising your right hand. Men as you turn to your left, throw your right hand away behind your back to spin the ladies in an anti-clockwise direction. Step back having changed sides catching man’s left to lady’s right.

Move 2 = Return Close Hold

Move 3 = Octopus Wrap and Spin = Beats 1, 2 & 3 as per a normal Octopus. Men step in to the left of the ladies as you look at her, raising both your hands together over your head as you turn to your left underneath. Continue to swap sides, then as you face – briefly dip your hands in between your faces and then raise them both together again to turn the ladies in a clockwise direction. When the ladies come round to face – men keep your left hand raised as you throw your right hand down and out to the left – letting go to spin your lady 1 extra turn in a clockwise direction. Men lower your left hand to face. Return. Step back.

Move 4 = Lady’s Wrap & Duck Spin = Step back right to right, men signaling by offering their left hand by their right hip. Both step in so that your partner is on your right hand side, men take your right hand up near your left shoulder, ladies with your left hand take hold of the man’s offered hand by his hip. Men extend your right hand out to the right so the ladies turn half a turn to her right on the spot. Men pivot to your right to face your lady as you take your right hand in between you, then over the lady’s head, to turn the ladies half a turn to her left – once the lady’s back is facing you, men lower your right hand down near your lady’s left hip – the man’s arms should be crossed behind the lady’s back and the lady’s arms crossed in front of herself. Men apply a little pressure with your right forearm on the lady’s back to make the ladies bend forwards. Men pull gently with your left hand as you push gently with your right hand to make the ladies start to turn to her right in a clockwise direction underneath your arms whilst she is bent over. Ladies, once you have completed 1 whole turn, stand up – your back should be facing the men. Men let go with your left hand as you pull back with your right hand – taking it out to the right at waist level in preparation for a spin. Men throw your right hand across to the left at waist level – letting go to spin the ladies in a clockwise direction. Catch. Return. Step back.

Face each other, men taking your right hand out to the left at waist level. Men pull back with your right hand – keeping hold at waist level to make your lady wrap one complete turn anti-clockwise (lady’s take your right arm over your left as you wrap in) into a Basket position – men take hold of the lady’s right hand with your left. Men keeping your torso in line with your straight right leg, lunge to your left on your left leg, bending your left knee, to lean your lady down your right hand side. Both stand back up. Men pull with their right hand at waist level and push with their left hand at waist level to turn the lady ½ turn clockwise on the spot, as men pivot ½ turn clockwise on the spot too – ladies should now be to the man’s left. As the ladies come round to face, men lower your left hand to waist level, turn to your right and transfer the lady’s right hand from your left to your right behind your back on the halfbeat, before then taking your right hand out to the right behind you at waist level. Men continue turning to your right to face your lady & as you do so take your right hand across to the right at waist level to prepare your lady for a spin. Men throw your right hand across to the left at waist level – letting go to spin your lady clockwise. Catch man’s left to lady’s right. Return. Step back.

Move 3 = Throwaway Slidebreak = Step back with a double handhold. Bounce into the left hand side of your partner (as you look at them), and then back out. Bounce into the right hand side of your partner, and then back out. Step into the left hand side of your partner raising both hands over you and your partner’s head – lowering the lady’s right hand behind the man’s head and the man’s right hand behind the lady’s head. Both walk round in a clockwise direction for 2 beats. Both continue to walk round clockwise for another beat as men raise their left hand back over their head. Both continue to walk round clockwise for a final beat as men throw their left hand away underneath their right arm – letting go of the lady’s right hand. Ladies turn to your left, as men turn to your right to face each other, men thrust your right hand down and out to the right at waist level to make your lady turn an extra half turn to her left, wrapping into a Basket position (ladies make sure you take your right hand over your left arm as you wrap in). Men cradle your lady backwards as per a normal Basket.

Move 4 = Basket Flip Turn = Beats 1, 2 & 3 as per a normal Basket. Men cradle your lady forwards as normal, but as you do – raise your left hand (with the lady’s right) up onto her left shoulder. Men raise your right hand up in front of your lady and then over her head to make her turn to her left. When the ladies come round to face, men place your right hand on your left shoulder as you raise your left hand over your head and start turning 1 whole turn to your right underneath – whilst you turn, when your back is facing your lady – you will need to let go with your right hand. Men come round to face your lady and collect her in a First Move position with your left hand up near your left shoulder and your right hand on the lady’s left hip. This move now finishes like a First Move Pushspin – Twist your lady out to the side. Up to the shoulder and flatten. Spin your lady. Catch man’s left to lady’s right. Return. Step back.

Men step forwards to nearly swap sides, turning to your right to face, as you gently pull with both hands low at waist level to make your lady step forwards turning to her left to nearly face – the man’s arms should now be uncrossed, with the lady’s right arm now in a half nelson behind her back. Men raise your right hand out in front of your lady and then over her head to make her step forwards swapping sides turning clockwise, as the man steps to the right back onto the side he started from. Men continue to step back to swap sides, as you raise your left arm to turn the lady clockwise using just your forearm. Return. Step back.

Move 4 = Side to Side with Open Travelling Block = Beats 1 – 5 as per a normal Side to Side. Men immediately step back to your right onto the side you were just on, as you push & let go with your right hand at waist level to make your lady turn clockwise back onto her side. Face catching man‘s left to lady‘s right. Return. Step back.

Men pull & let go with your left hand behind your back to make your lady step forwards, as you place your right hand (with thumb pointing up) onto your lady’s right hip & turn to your right as you start to walk round behind your lady. Ladies keep facing the same way as men continue to walk round behind the lady, whilst keeping their right hand still on the lady’s right hip.
